TREE PROGRAM

Mission: To re-plant trees that are native to the region into public areas so that, in the future, these spaces become more suitable and pleasant areas for neighborhoods.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT

Mission: To demonstrate through measurements that the environmental temperature in the city can vary depending on its tree coverage or its absence, generating heat islands. This affects the quality of life of citizens living in the cities which then affects their health, environment, and relationship with the outside world.

How? Measuring temperatures with a digital thermometer in selected areas at the time of day with the maximum temperature which is between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
